Responsibilities
- Oversight of Executive Lounge setup, service, and clean-up.
- Serving food and beverages at tables and from buffets.
- Maintaining cleanliness and visual appeal of tables and buffets.
- Anticipating and addressing guest needs for exceptional service.
- Knowledge of menu items, preparation methods, and garnishes.
- Performing cleaning, opening, closing, and other assigned duties.
