Executive Lounge Attendant

Location: Hilton Madison Monona Terrace – Madison, WI

Schedule: Part‑Time, Monday–Friday (no weekends required)

Wage: $18.00 per hour

About the role

Join the team at Hilton Madison Monona Terrace, part of the Marcus Hotels & Resorts family, as a Part‑Time Executive Lounge Attendant. You will be the face of the exclusive lounge experience for Hilton Honors guests, delivering thoughtful service and maintaining a relaxing, high‑quality atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down the lounge area with tables, chairs, china, and service ware.
• Serve food and beverages in accordance with Hilton brand standards and event orders.
• Maintain a clean, well‑stocked, and organized lounge, pantry, and storage space.
• Respond promptly to guest requests or communicate with supervisors as needed.
• Monitor lounge usage and keep accurate guest counts.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure daily service runs smoothly.
• Support hotel‑wide operations as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.

Requirements

• Professionalism, energy, and a guest‑first attitude.
• Previous hospitality or food & beverage experience (preferred but not required).
• Strong communication skills and ability to read and understand instructions in English.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb. with reasonable accommodation.
