Responsibilities
- Assist with legal department projects
- Draft, proofread, edit, redact, organize, track, maintain, and file various business documents in accordance with established protocols
- Perform general administrative tasks (data entry, scanning, phone/email/mail support, misc. office duties)
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience within a legal environment
- Familiarity with in-house legal departments is a plus
- Demonstrated experience with legal technology preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs and self-direct to ensure accountabilities are fulfilled
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
