Executive & Legal Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Assist with legal department projects
  • Draft, proofread, edit, redact, organize, track, maintain, and file various business documents in accordance with established protocols
  • Perform general administrative tasks (data entry, scanning, phone/email/mail support, misc. office duties)

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience within a legal environment
  • Familiarity with in-house legal departments is a plus
  • Demonstrated experience with legal technology preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs and self-direct to ensure accountabilities are fulfilled
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
