Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging leadership training programs.
- Develop curriculum, presentations, participant guides, and supporting materials.
- Facilitate workshops, discussions, and interactive learning activities.
- Provide subject matter expertise on trauma-informed practices and leadership.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend program improvements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to update training content as needed.
- Prepare reports and maintain project documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justice, Organizational Leadership, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience developing and delivering professional training programs.
- Strong public speaking and facilitation skills.
- Knowledge of trauma-informed practices, leadership development, and organizational culture.
- Experience working with executive or senior-level professionals preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
