Executive Leadership Trainer

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver engaging leadership training programs.
  • Develop curriculum, presentations, participant guides, and supporting materials.
  • Facilitate workshops, discussions, and interactive learning activities.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on trauma-informed practices and leadership.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend program improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to update training content as needed.
  • Prepare reports and maintain project documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Psychology, Social Work, Criminal Justice, Organizational Leadership, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience developing and delivering professional training programs.
  • Strong public speaking and facilitation skills.
  • Knowledge of trauma-informed practices, leadership development, and organizational culture.
  • Experience working with executive or senior-level professionals preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Flexible work arrangements.
