Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-value, complex opportunities for clients such as owners, boards, and CEOs.
  • Lead large and complex client projects, develop junior talent, and impact the business commercially.
  • Lead engagements across different stages of the legal and regulatory process to minimize risk and maximize value.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of projects, navigate disruptions, and staff projects with support from partners and managing directors.

Requirements

  • Minimum 18+ years of business experience or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of risk advisory consulting experience in a professional services firm environment preferred.
  • Former U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission experience required.
  • Recognized for deep skills and passion as a risk specialist and subject matter expert.
  • Proven ability to identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and ways to support clients based on expertise, leadership, and outstanding results on engagements.
  • Proven track record in business development and collaboration with financial institutions.
  • Proven track record in leading all aspects of engagements, including those across different stages of the legal and regulatory process, to minimize risk and maximize value.
  • High energy style, flexible, and adaptable, with the ability to work well in a very fast-paced environment.
  • Understands and adapts to complex client environments and situations.
  • Skilled at defining, communicating, motivating, and inspiring change at executive levels and across the broader community of stakeholders.
  • Views problems from the 'big picture POV', recognizes critical areas to drive into more detail, quickly structures approach to solve complex problems, balanced and flexible, anticipates and changes direction as necessary, synthesizes information rapidly and applies good business discernment driving quickly to deep insights into possible impacts and solutions.
  • Articulate, persuasive, and communicator. Commands the room, handles executive and difficult audiences well. Readily adapts style and message appropriately to audience and circumstance. Excellent at impromptu communication under pressure.
  • Extraordinary customer service and interpersonal skills. Engenders client confidence and trust with executives at all levels. Builds counseling relationships with clients and peers.
  • Analytical, adept at quickly defining, aligning, and scaling data modeling & management approach with client needs. Ensures 80/20 approach to rapidly draw conclusions. Skilled and quickly identifies anomalies, inconsistencies, errors, and conclusions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Accounting is a plus.
  • Master’s degree and/or certification in related specialty area(s) preferred.

Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to work outside of normal U.S. business hours, and in particular as unique projects/needs arise.
  • Ability to work full time in an office and remote environment; physically able to sit/stand at a computer and work in front of a computer screen for significant portions of the workday.

Pay

The salary range for this role is between $230,000/year - $410,000/year with potential eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.

This is a full-time Partner position. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
