Investigations, Compliance & Privacy Director

We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually the posting includes description paragraphs. We need to use
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content.
We must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, cookie/navigation/legal, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove lines like "AlixPartners is an equal opportunity employer..." etc. Also remove "Prior to extending any offers..." etc. Also remove "This job will remain posted until 11/30/2026". Also remove "AlixPartners is a proud Gold award-winning Veteran Friendly Employer." Also remove "It is unlawful in Massachusetts..." etc.
We need to keep the core description: At AlixPartners, we solve... hybrid work model... Travel part... AlixPartners seeks an exceptional Director to join its Risk Advisory practice... etc. That's about the role. Then "What You'll Do" list -> Responsibilities. Then "What You'll Need" list -> Requirements/Qualifications/Skills? We need to decide sections. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We can combine similar content. We need to avoid thin sections. Probably we can have About the role (intro), Responsibilities (What You'll Do), Requirements (What You'll Need - includes education, experience, knowledge), Qualifications (maybe preferred qualifications), Skills (maybe technical skills), Benefits (benefits program), Pay (salary range). Schedule? Not mentioned besides hybrid work model and travel; maybe we can include Schedule under About the role? But we should only include Schedule if posting actually states them. It mentions hybrid model, travel part of position, frequency may vary. That's schedule info. Could create a Schedule section with that. However we need to avoid filler. It's specific enough: hybrid work model, travel. So we can include Schedule.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID.
We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Let's extract content.
Intro paragraph: "At AlixPartners, we solve the most complex and critical challenges by moving quickly from analysis to action when it really matters; creating value that has a lasting impact on companies, their people, and the communities they serve. By understanding, respecting, and honoring the needs of our employees, clients, and communities, AlixPartners actively promotes an inclusive environment. We strongly believe in the value that diversity brings to our experiences and are committed to the perpetual enhancements of initiatives, policies, and practices. We hold ourselves accountable by providing the space for authenticity, growth, and equity for everyone. AlixPartners has embraced a hybrid work model to provide flexibility and support our employees’ work-life integration. Our hybrid model combines a mix of in-person (at client site or AlixPartners office) and remote working. Travel is part of this position, but the frequency may vary based on client, team, and individual circumstances. AlixPartners seeks an exceptional Director to join its Risk Advisory practice, leading complex financial crimes investigations and advising clients on fraud risk, compliance, and institutional integrity. This role is suited for a senior leader who combines deep expertise—gained through a combination of in-house financial services risk and compliance roles (including at digital asset platforms), consulting experience, and/or federal law enforcement experience with the ability to deliver clear, actionable recommendations to executive and legal audiences. The ideal candidate brings a distinguished track mitigating risk related to money laundering, OFAC/sanctions, securities fraud, ACH and digital-asset fraud, and cyber-enabled financial crime, alongside demonstrated experience building and leading multidisciplinary teams."
That's the About the role.

- Demonstrated experience managing significant, sensitive, and multi-jurisdictional matters from allegation or incident through findings, reporting, remediation, and stakeholder communication.

Pay: "The salary range for this role takes into account a number of factors and is between $180,000 - $400,000 with potential eligibility for annual discretionary bonus."
Schedule: hybrid work model and travel. Could be: "AlixPartners has embraced a hybrid work model to provide flexibility and support our employees’ work-life integration. Our hybrid model combines a mix of in-person (at client site or AlixPartners office) and remote working. Travel is part of this position, but the frequency may vary based on client, team, and individual circumstances."
We should not duplicate that in About the role? Actually we already included hybrid model and travel in About the role. But we could move that to Schedule section and keep About the role more focused on role description. However the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." If we split hybrid model into Schedule, we still have About the role with other content. That's fine.
We need to ensure we don't duplicate content. Let's decide: Keep About the role as the introductory paragraph about AlixPartners mission, inclusive environment, hybrid work model? Actually hybrid work model is schedule info. Could keep it in About the role but then Schedule would be duplicate. Better to put hybrid model and travel in Schedule section, and keep About the role focusing on mission and role description.
Thus About the role: first paragraph about mission, inclusive environment, diversity, accountability, then "AlixPartners seeks an exceptional Director to join its Risk Advisory practice, leading complex financial crimes investigations and advising clients on fraud risk, compliance, and institutional integrity.
That seems good.
Now Schedule: hybrid work model and travel.
Now Benefits: as given.
Pay: salary range.
Now Requirements: we could combine What You'll Need (mandatory) and Preferred Qualifications into Requirements and Qualifications sections. The instruction lists headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We could treat Requirements as mandatory experience/education, Qualifications as preferred qualifications, Skills as technical skills (like analytical fluency, tools, communication). But we have many overlapping. To avoid thin sections, we could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one section called Requirements (or Qualifications). But we need to follow instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says "e.g." meaning those are examples, not mandatory to use all. We can choose which to include. We should avoid thin sections. So we could have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (combining mandatory and preferred), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. That's 6 sections. Skills could be merged into Requirements.
Let's decide: We'll have:
- About the role
- Responsibilities
- Requirements (includes education, experience, knowledge, preferred qualifications)
- Benefits
- Pay
- Schedule
That seems reasonable.
Now we need to ensure we preserve all substantive information. Let's extract all content and ensure nothing omitted.
