Industry Tenure: At least 15 years of deep expertise in healthcare, especially with healthcare technology.

Leadership Pedigree: Must have served as a CTO, CIO, or CEO at a major health system, insurance provider, pharmaceutical company, or high-growth health-tech firm.

Deep Network: Large, active network of close relationships across hospital C-suites, private equity groups, medical device manufacturers, biotech companies, etc.

Technical Fluency: Profound understanding of healthcare-specific software development, including EHR integrations and the security protocols required for sensitive patient data.

Communication Mastery: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required for both thought leadership content and high level stakeholder discussions.
