About the role

The Executive Housekeeper at Little Palm Island is responsible for leading all housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and personalized service throughout the resort. This role oversees the housekeeping team, guest accommodations, public areas, laundry, and inventory while maintaining the standards expected of a luxury private-island resort.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the housekeeping team and ensure all guest accommodations, public areas, laundry, and inventory meet luxury standards.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the resort.
• Ensure personalized service is provided to all guests, exceeding their expectations.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

• A proven background in luxury resort, island experience, or hospitality management.
• Deep experience working with a Luxury Clientele.
