Executive Housekeeper | Doubletree by Hilton | Wilmington, DE

What You’ll Do

• Supervise the cleanliness of guest rooms and all hotel areas including lobbies, public areas, bathrooms, guest floors, and bar/restaurant.
• Select, train, and develop team members.
• Provide clear direction in assigning, scheduling, and instructing housekeeping and laundry staff in details of work.
• Plan and conduct staff meetings.
• Attend various other related meetings to obtain and disseminate pertinent information.
• Manage finances of housekeeping and laundry operations including budget and inventory controls while ensuring there are adequate supplies for the efficient operation of the department.

Our Housekeeping team makes our hotels feel like home. As the Executive Housekeeper, you oversee all functions and areas of housekeeping and laundry and ensure they are a success.

Requirements

• A degree in Hotel Management or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in housekeeping management, hotel preferred.
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, and teambuilding.
• Excellent customer service skills, problem-solving skills, and conflict resolution skills.
