Hotel Executive Housekeeper

About the role

CUSA, LLC, one of the most successful hotel management companies in the industry, is searching for an Executive Housekeeper for the Springhill Suites Atlanta Six Flags, Georgia. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ability to lead and work with room attendants and other staff of the hotel while providing excellent guest service and adherence to Marriott brand standards.
• Ensure the success of the Housekeeping department, including inventory, scheduling, and other operational tasks.
• Assist in ensuring all areas of the hotel are clean and safe for guest use.
• May be required to clean guest rooms.
• Assure guest security and safety, playing a key role in maintaining the safety of the property.
• Answer guest questions about the hotel or make recommendations about the local area.
• Complete job duties in accordance with hotel policies and procedures and the service and care culture.

Requirements

• Proven leadership and supervisory experience in a housekeeping or similar role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of Marriott brand standards and hotel operations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with cleaning duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in housekeeping or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

• $18 - $20 per hour based on experience.
