Executive Housekeeper

Hampton Inn and Suites Kansas City Downtown Crossroads is seeking a detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive individual to lead our housekeeping team, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in our guest rooms and creating exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the housekeeping team in maintaining impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail in guest rooms and public areas.
• Empower hotel staff to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Inspect rooms to ensure brand cleanliness standards are met or exceeded.
• Plan work schedules and room assignments with minimal disruption to guests.
• Recruit housekeeping staff who embody the PEACH values.
• Emphasize training and development to empower employees to provide excellent guest service.
• Communicate openly with staff to address concerns, provide guidance, and set them up for success.

Requirements

• Experience in a Room Attendant role in a hotel or similar environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work thoroughly and independently.
• Ability to maintain timelines and work efficiently.

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to navigate various departments of the hotel premises.
