Responsibilities

• Communicate with housekeeping staff on rooms to be cleaned and special requests
• Inspect guestrooms and public areas to ensure they meet standards of cleanliness
• Report all unsafe conditions
• Report room status' to Front Desk
• Follow up on guest complaints/requests regarding services
• Inspect guestrooms for maintenance or repairs
• Aid in training, coaching, and development of team members
• Prepare and inspect VIP rooms
• Attend all mandatory meetings

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees
• 2 years prior luxury/Forbes housekeeping management experience
• Read, write and speak English fluently
• The ability to communicate in Spanish is helpful
• Experience in scheduling needs
• Experience in efficient and timely cleaning of rooms
