Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 virtual coaching to 8+ clients per week with effective technology
- Maintain an updated work calendar to allow for ease of operational process
- Connect with clients, caregivers, and colleagues through virtual meetings, live sessions, and documentation
- Participate in onboarding, training, and monthly professional development
Requirements
- At least 3 years working with students, professionals, or adults in one or more of the following: K–12/college support, online teaching, executive or career coaching, and ADHD or other learning challenges
- Master's in Education or related field, or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Google Workspace, online learning platforms, web conferencing, and familiar with AI tools for client support
- Quiet, dedicated professional-looking workspace with reliable internet
- Reliable phone and laptop for client communication
- U.S. work authorization
Pay
Coaches earn $40/hour for online coaching sessions (typically 45–60 minutes weekly), with opportunities for higher pay based on performance and tenure after one year of consistent coaching. Required training is paid at $20/hour.
