About the role
AWS is seeking an experienced Executive Education Program Advisor to architect, design, and deliver executive education experiences for senior public sector and education leaders. The role involves accelerating digital transformation through cloud and AI adoption, equipping leaders with the strategic frameworks needed to lead these transformations.
Responsibilities
Architect, develop, and deliver executive education programs tailored to senior public sector and education leaders, shifting participants from awareness to action on cloud and AI adoption.
Own the end-to-end program lifecycle from needs assessment and curriculum architecture through delivery, measurement, and iteration, ensuring programs remain current with AWS innovations and market dynamics.
Partner with sales teams, solution architects, specialists, and WWPS leadership to translate field intelligence into program content, and feed executive insights back to inform go-to-market strategy.
Develop compelling executive-level content including case studies, workshop frameworks, and presentation materials that position AWS as the strategic partner for public sector modernization.
Identify, recruit, and coordinate internal and external subject matter experts and executive faculty to deliver world-class learning experiences.
Establish KPIs and feedback loops to measure program effectiveness, capture lessons learned, and continuously refine approaches based on participant outcomes and business impact.
Pioneer new delivery formats such as digital-first experiences, cohort-based programs, and blended learning models to extend reach beyond in-person engagements. Build repeatable frameworks and enablement toolkits that equip field teams and partners to deliver programs independently, scaling impact across the business.
Qualifications
Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, C-level executives and cross-functional teams.
7+ years of experience designing and delivering executive education programs or leadership development curricula for senior audiences.
5+ years of education and/or government domain knowledge, with demonstrated understanding of market transitions, policy environments, and technology adoption patterns in public sector organizations.
Experience with cloud technologies, digital transformation frameworks, and/or AI/ML concepts sufficient to credibly advise senior leaders on technology-enabled strategy.
Track record of working cross-organizationally in matrixed environments, building consensus and influencing without direct authority.
Ability to build and convey compelling value propositions that connect technology capabilities to institutional outcomes.

Experience with AWS services including Amazon Bedrock, Amazon SageMaker, Amazon Connect, and agentic AI architectures, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into strategic business narratives for non-technical leaders.
Experience with Government Operations, Healthcare, Transportation, Public Safety, or Education market segments, with an ability to connect technology solutions to mission outcomes.
Track record of executive engagement program development, including Executive Briefing Center (EBC) facilitation, board-level presentations, or multi-institutional forums that drive measurable shifts in cloud adoption.
Familiarity with responsible AI frameworks, academic integrity considerations, and ethical AI deployment in education and government environments.
Previous experience with AWS products and services, WWPS organizational structures, or equivalent enterprise cloud sales/advisory environments.
