Executive Director – Winchester, KY

The Winchester Housing Authority is seeking a highly qualified and motivated individual to serve as its Executive Director.

About the role

The candidate will oversee all aspects of the Authority's operations, which currently manages 400 public housing units.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of the Authority’s operations
• Manage financial and human resources
• Develop and implement community development strategies
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

Requirements

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in public affordable housing, finance, human resources, community development, public administration, or a closely related field

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills
• Experience in managing public housing authorities
• Knowledge of affordable housing policies and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
