Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Affirms compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
• Affirms adherence to community budget
• Affirms a stable staff of optimal quantity and quality, by recruiting, hiring, supervising, evaluating, counseling, and, if necessary, terminating employees
• Affirms all employees consistently educated and trained, including fulfilling any federal and/or state regulations, through new employee orientation and regular education and training classes
• Affirms service needs of all residents consistently identified, through initial contact, initial screening, and subsequent evaluation processes
• Affirms service needs of all residents consistently addressed, through development and implementation of service plans
• Affirms adherence to all department policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Knowledge of assisted living and independent living regulations
• Current ALF/RCF Administrator license
• 5+ years of experience as an senior living Executive Director, in large community
• Experience managing multiple departments and competing priorities
