About the role

The Springs at Greer Gardens is seeking an Executive Director to lead our vibrant senior living community in Eugene, Oregon. This role oversees 216 homes, including 109 independent living, 75 assisted living, and 32 memory care apartments. The Executive Director reports to the Regional Director of Operations and plays a key role in fostering a compassionate, high-quality environment for residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Maintain adherence to the community budget.
• Recruit, hire, supervise, evaluate, and retain a stable, high-quality staff.
• Provide ongoing education and training for employees, including fulfilling regulatory requirements.
• Identify and address the service needs of all residents through initial screenings and evaluations.
• Develop and implement service plans to meet resident needs.
• Oversee department systems to ensure alignment with mission and goals.
• Address resident, employee, or facility issues promptly, including after-hours concerns.
• Complete monthly financial variance reports in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
• Knowledge of assisted living, memory care, and independent living regulations.
• Current ALF/RCF Administrator license.
• 5+ years of experience as a senior living Executive Director, preferably in a community with over 100 homes.
• Experience managing multiple departments and competing priorities.
