The Executive Director, Supply Chain defines the strategy and manages the daily activities of Par Health’s supply chain processes with particular focus on service, cost, capability, and people. This role will own planning for all business segments, external manufacturing, logistics, and the IBP Process to include the meeting cycles, the commercial demand inputs, the manufacturing & supply plans, the availability of materials, and the timely shipments of product to our customers. The individual will be primarily accountable for inventory (cash), service levels, material write-offs, and costs to distribute products. This role will interact with all levels of management including Operations, R&D, Commercial, Quality, IT, and Finance, and will coordinate best practices with Site
