Executive Director, Supply Chain Planning

Responsibilities

• Define and lead vision and strategy for partner planning
• Establish a globally aligned partner planning framework
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to drive execution through partners
• Oversee demand planning and market analysis with partners
• Align partner capabilities and fulfillment models to meet demand
• Define and track KPIs for partner performance and planning effectiveness
• Identify risks and opportunities within the partner ecosystem

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 15+ years of experience in supply chain strategy and planning roles
• 6+ years in an executive leadership position
• Deep expertise in partner ecosystems and operational execution in global environments
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment
