Executive Director Residential Treatment Programs
What You’ll Do
- Plan, organize, direct, and implement all administrative and program operations.
- Ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards and all state and federal regulations.
- Maintain financial oversight, ensuring effective stewardship of resources.
- Develop an effective leadership team through ongoing feedback and training.
- Communicate the organizational vision and key initiatives and ensure implementation throughout the program.
- Lead the development and execution of programs that facilitate exceptional and safe patient care and healing.
- Engage with community and partnership stakeholders to enhance program delivery.
- Recruit, engage, and develop talent across various operational teams, including clinical, nursing, and administrative staff.
- Foster a vibrant work environment that promotes staff retention and operational excellence.
- Balance local operational needs with enterprise-wide goals, demonstrating maturity and resilience in decision-making.
- Implement process improvements and operational efficiencies to enhance service delivery.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Education/credential and leadership experience (one of the following):
- Strongly preferred; Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study AND required, at least five (5) to seven (7) years of Executive level leadership experience in operations/management within a large scale Residential Treatment Program setting or Hospital/Behavioral Hospital operations;
- OR Relevant clinical specialty certification AND at least six (6) to eight (8) years of Executive level leadership experience in large scale Residential Treatment Program setting or Hospital/Behavioral Hospital operations/management.
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a Clinical Specialty preferred. (in addition to experience above)
Pay
Compensation for this role ranges from $180,000k - $275,000k, depending on education and experience. Sign On Bonus & Relocation Allowance offered.
