Executive Director - Outpatient Services

About the role

The Executive Director of Branches Portland and Salem provides the leadership and strategic planning of the services programs offered at the facility; ensuring programs meet the needs of the community and the facility’s performance goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall administrative processes and management systems for all services offered at the facility.
• Promote and maintain a therapeutic environment.
• Develop and implement treatment programs.

Requirements

Experience: 5 years of experience in psychiatric/mental health field, with a minimum of 3 years experience in advanced clinical/management practice.

Qualifications

Education: Master’s Degree in social work, counseling, or related mental health field preferred.
