Patient Financial Services
Responsible for directing all patient financial functions including Billing, AR Management, Collections, Denials, Payment Review, Cash Posting / Refunds, Call Center, Customer Service, and Revenue Relations.
Provides direction and leadership to assure support and accomplishment of the health system’s patient account functions, through well-organized, efficient, and effective patient account processes.
