Executive Director of Undergraduate Admissions

For our client, we are seeking a Executive Director of Undergraduate Admissions to join the team of a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space. This role will provide strategic leadership for undergraduate recruitment, admissions, and enrollment efforts within a large public higher education environment. The Executive Director will partner with campus stakeholders to shape prospect engagement, strengthen enrollment outcomes, and advance access and diversity initiatives. This position also oversees scholarship review and award activity, ensuring efficient processes and effective use of significant financial resources. Location: College Park, MD - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $228,640 – $240,000 annually Responsibilities Oversee recruitment, admission, and enrollment processes for undergraduates Manage strategic planning for prospective student engagement and market exploration Supervise merit scholarship review and award processes, distributing over $25 million annually Lead initiatives for student diversity in recruitment and admissions Implement and customize Slate CRM for enhanced recruitment and process efficiency Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university 12 years of experience in higher education, admissions, or academic affairs 6 years of experience supervising or managing professional staff Knowledge of enrollment strategy across diverse market segments Skill in oral and written communication Benefits Comprehensive health and wellness programs Generous retirement plans and contributions Professional development opportunities Flexible work arrangements Support for work-life balance Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
