Overview
Sentara Medical Group is looking for an Executive Director of Medical Operations for their OB/GYN and Midwifery division. They are seeking an OB/GYN Physician with at least 5 years of clinical experience who is excited about working in a multi-regional role.
Position Highlights
- 50% clinical / 50% administrative split
- Works collaboratively with hospital leadership, certified nurse midwives, advanced practice providers, and physicians
- Sets expectations for provider performance standards and ensures quality of care is being met
- Flexibility for some telework with some travel required within Virginia and North Carolina

Minimum Requirements
- M.D. or D.O., licensed to practice in Virginia
- At least five years of experience as a practicing physician
- Leadership experience preferred
- Lives in Virginia or North Carolina, or willing to relocate
