About the Role
This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage provider contracting and servicing strategies
- Oversee completion of provider network participation contracts
- Ensure appropriate coverage of networks across programs
- Achieve competitive advantages through negotiation and relationship management
- Draft and negotiate contracts for new provider categories
- Manage analysis and reporting for payment strategies
- Resolve contractual disputes effectively
- Ensure team meets/exceeds objectives and training needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 7 years in the company/insurance administration
- 5 years of management experience at a director level
- Strong knowledge of hospital/provider reimbursement strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven leadership and team-building abilities
- Experience in fast-paced environments with strict deadlines
- Strong negotiation skills for large, complex contracts
Compensation
$161,500 – $299,700 annually
