Executive Director, Network Management (Texas Network Contracting) - Remote

About the Role

This role will support financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage provider contracting and servicing strategies
• Oversee completion of provider network participation contracts
• Ensure appropriate coverage of networks across programs
• Achieve competitive advantages through negotiation and relationship management
• Draft and negotiate contracts for new provider categories
• Manage analysis and reporting for payment strategies
• Resolve contractual disputes effectively
• Ensure team meets/exceeds objectives and training needs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7 years in the company/insurance administration
• 5 years of management experience at a director level
• Strong knowledge of hospital/provider reimbursement strategies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven leadership and team-building abilities
• Experience in fast-paced environments with strict deadlines
• Strong negotiation skills for large, complex contracts

Compensation

$161,500 – $299,700 annually
