Manager, Network Contracting (Remote) Aledade PBC Arlington Remote Full Time Network Contracting The Network Contracting Manager at Aledade PBC will negotiate and manage network participation agreements with health plans, focusing on contract lifecycle management, risk mitigation, and maintaining payer relationships. Responsibilities include negotiating new agreements, renewals, and amendments, tracking deliverables, performing rate analyses, and collaborating with internal teams. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 8+ years in network contracting, strong analytics and risk assessment skills, and exceptional communication abilities. Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree. The role supports remote work within the U.S. or from Bethesda, MD. Overview Job Description The Manager, Network Contracting role supports and executes Aledade’s network contracts with national and regional health plans.Focuses on negotiating and managing a portfolio of network participation agreements.Involves direct interaction with payers for new agreements and renewals.Emphasizes contract lifecycle management, analysis, and maintaining positive payer relationships.Flexible geographic location with options to work remotely or from Bethesda, MD. Key Responsibilities Negotiation Negotiate network participation agreements with health plans, including new agreements, renewals, and amendments. Lifecycle Management: Manage and track deliverables and document repositories.Identify and mitigate risks ensuring compliance with terms.Perform comprehensive rate analyses.Track and report on key contract metrics. Relationship Management: Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Develop and maintain high-level relationships with regional and national payer stakeholders. Other Duties: Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements/Skills/Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree.8+ years of experience in network contracting or development with health plans or providers.Strong understanding of the health plan network participation agreement lifecycle.Demonstrated experience navigating complex payer dynamics.Strong analytics and risk assessment skills.Exceptional communication skills for establishing, sustaining, and improving payer relationships.Results-oriented with the ability to project manage multiple projects simultaneously.Passionate about ensuring providers are fairly reimbursed for care delivered. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for prolonged periods, extensive use of computers and keyboard, occasional walking and lifting.
