Manager, Network Contracting (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Network Contracting to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This role will focus on negotiating and managing network participation agreements that support access, reimbursement, and operational alignment across the healthcare ecosystem. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders and external payer contacts to help ensure agreements are executed accurately, monitored effectively, and kept in compliance. The position also requires strong analytical judgment to evaluate rate structures, assess risk, and track contract performance metrics. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually Responsibilities Negotiate network participation agreements with health plans Manage and track contract deliverables and document repositories Identify and mitigate compliance risks Perform comprehensive rate analyses Track and report on key contract metrics Collaborate with internal teams to execute agreements Develop and maintain relationships with payer stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor's degree 8+ years of experience in network contracting or development with health plans or providers Strong understanding of health plan network agreements Experience navigating complex payer dynamics Strong analytics and risk assessment skills Exceptional communication skills for relationship-building Results-oriented with project management ability Passion for provider reimbursement Benefits Flexible geographic location options Remote work flexibility within the U.S. or office in Bethesda, MD Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
