Executive Director - Memory Care

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the memory care facility in accordance with federal, state, and local standards guidelines and regulations.
• Oversee the quality and financial outcomes for your facility.
• Lead a team of 30+ employees with multiple direct reports that you will work with daily to achieve facility based and company goals.
• Stay informed of health industry trends and monitor standards and compliance.

Qualifications

• Must have a current Oregon ALF/RCF Administrators License.
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college.
• Have at least 2 years experience as a Memory Care Administrator.
• Be a strong leader with the ability to creatively problem-solve in both resident care and employee management situations.
• Be a team player, well organized, and flexible.
