Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage syndicate and distribution capabilities of Loan Syndicate in the Americas.
- Lead, define, and set the Syndicate & Portfolio Management strategy for the Americas, aiming to maximize shareholder value, identify competitive advantages, and align with CIB's strategic direction.
- Recommend underwritings and fair value underwriting positions for Commercial Real Estate financings in the Americas.
- Review structure, timing, pricing, and develop distribution strategies for primary syndicated loans in the Americas.
- Develop, strengthen, and manage distribution channels for bank and non-bank investors.
- Advise on loan market intelligence and trends to Global Banking in the Americas to support origination and distribution, focusing on Commercial Real Estate financings.
- Lead the distribution of secondary loans alongside Credit & Portfolio Analytics and Credit & Portfolio Management.
- Adhere to and promote governance, compliance, and risk standards.
- Drive continuous improvement of operational efficiency and effectiveness of processes to enhance global systems and processes.
- Lead responsibility for production and distribution of marketing materials and communications to investors and clients regarding Loan Syndicate products.
- Lead responsibility for risk management, underwriting, syndication, and distribution of syndicated loans in the Americas, with a focus on Commercial Real Estate financings.
- Ensure syndication and distribution activities comply with Group's risk appetite and manage reputational and credit risks in collaboration with direct reports and other stakeholders.
- Resolve audit and compliance issues promptly and ensure risk management matters are addressed with direct remedial action or escalation as necessary.

- Education: Standard degree level education.
