Executive Director, Legal & General Counsel, Infrastructure Solutions Group

About the role

Responsible for leading the legal and general counsel functions within the Infrastructure Solutions Group, providing strategic guidance and support to the business.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all legal matters related to the Infrastructure Solutions Group, including contracts, compliance, and litigation.
• Provide legal advice and support to senior management and business units on complex legal issues.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Manage external legal counsel and coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of legal services.
• Lead the development and implementation of risk management strategies to protect the company from legal risks.

Requirements

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate legal practice, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing legal departments and delivering results.
• Experience in technology and/or infrastructure industries is preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Admitted to practice law in the United States.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations applicable to the technology industry.
• Experience with contract drafting and negotiation.

Pay

$200,000 - $250,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday.
