Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives and organizational effectiveness
  • Oversee the execution of HR functions for the assigned entity including recruitment, total rewards, employee relations, compliance, and other related human resource activities
  • Advises senior leadership on HR policies, legal requirements, and workforce trends
  • Oversees employee engagement, retention, and performance management systems
  • Leads organizational development initiatives including succession planning and leadership training
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Manages HR budgets and resource allocation
  • Directly collaborates with HR executive team, cross-functional entity leadership, and HR Centers of Excellence to align HR with operational goals
  • Represents HR in executive and entity meetings with ability to present confidently on subject matters
  • Leverages workforce analytics and predictive insights to inform strategic decision-making and workforce optimization
  • Leads high-performing HR team in delivering efficient services and solutions to support every stage of employee lifecycle
  • Guides organizational design and change management efforts that enable integration and collaboration across departments
  • Serves as trusted thought partner to CEO, executive team, and executive HR leadership

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business administration, healthcare administration, or a closely related field
  • Required: Master's Degree in human resources, business administration, healthcare administration, or a closely related field
  • Preferred: PHR or SHRM-CP certification
  • Required: 7 years of experience progressively responsible professional work experience in Human Resources including 3 years of management experience
  • Preferred: SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification
  • Local travel as appropriate to implement strategic initiatives
