Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives and organizational effectiveness
- Oversee the execution of HR functions for the assigned entity including recruitment, total rewards, employee relations, compliance, and other related human resource activities
- Advises senior leadership on HR policies, legal requirements, and workforce trends
- Oversees employee engagement, retention, and performance management systems
- Leads organizational development initiatives including succession planning and leadership training
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
- Manages HR budgets and resource allocation
- Directly collaborates with HR executive team, cross-functional entity leadership, and HR Centers of Excellence to align HR with operational goals
- Represents HR in executive and entity meetings with ability to present confidently on subject matters
- Leverages workforce analytics and predictive insights to inform strategic decision-making and workforce optimization
- Leads high-performing HR team in delivering efficient services and solutions to support every stage of employee lifecycle
- Guides organizational design and change management efforts that enable integration and collaboration across departments
- Serves as trusted thought partner to CEO, executive team, and executive HR leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business administration, healthcare administration, or a closely related field
- Required: Master's Degree in human resources, business administration, healthcare administration, or a closely related field
- Preferred: PHR or SHRM-CP certification
- Required: 7 years of experience progressively responsible professional work experience in Human Resources including 3 years of management experience
- Preferred: SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification
- Local travel as appropriate to implement strategic initiatives
