About the role

As the Executive Director, Global Commercial Lead, Tacabrutideg, you will play a critical leadership role in BeOne’s Global Commercial Strategy and Operations team. You will be responsible for developing commercial strategies to drive the long-term success of BeOne’s hematology product and expanding blockbuster success. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and market needs across various regions. This role requires a deep understanding of the hematology market landscape, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in successfully launching products globally in competitive environments. The role reports to the Vice President, Global Commercial Hematology Franchise Lead.

Essential Functions

  • Provide strategic leadership for Tacabrutideg, overseeing global commercial strategies, aligning with Global Product Team (GPT), major markets and senior leadership.
  • Develop and execute the overarching global commercial strategies, aligning short-, mid-, and long-term goals across the organization.
  • Lead Global Brand Team (GBT) meetings, Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long-Range Plan processes.
  • Represent ONE commercial voice to Global Product Team (GPT), R&D, Tech Ops, Executive leadership to drive alignment organizationally.
  • Collaborate with cross-regional, and cross-functional team members to shape disease area strategies for multiple indications.
  • Oversee implementation and execution of global lifecycle strategies in local markets and spearhead integration of major market input into global launch readiness plans.
  • Lead insight generation of brand drivers and assess performance for global success sharing.
  • Identify data gaps, barriers to brand adoption and develop plans to deliver continued brand growth.
  • Drive value maximization and recommend growth strategies to meet long-term hematology ambitions.
  • Provide commercial leadership and consolidate individual disease area/indication needs into a cohesive product view.
  • Collaborate with corporate affairs to craft and refine investor relations communications and messaging.
  • Partner with tech ops to ensure optimized supply and demand management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with both internal colleagues and external customers to address market opportunities.

Qualifications

  • 14+ years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing/healthcare-related commercial experience.
  • Must have 5+ years of Global Marketing/New Product Planning expertise and experience in hematology/oncology.
  • Advanced or expert competency in hematology, highly competitive markets and/or experience in China pharmaceutical market preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading brand strategy/new product planning at various stages of lifecycle.
  • Strong team player who can incorporate input from key stakeholders (both internally and externally) and drive cross-regional and cross-functional alignment.
  • Proven ability to inspire, motivate and lead high performance teams.
  • Highly skilled and effective in engaging, connecting, and influencing across all levels from senior leadership to local marketing teams.
  • Understanding of change management principles and experience driving change across an organization.
  • Strong ability and desire to work across time zones, geographies, and cultures to improve the lives of patients and caregivers.

Pay

$269,400.00 - $349,400.00 annually. Actual compensation packages are determined by several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, certifications, relevant education or training, and specific work location. Packages may vary by location due to differences in the cost of labor.
