About the role
Our client, a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space, is seeking an Executive Director of Global Commercialization Effectiveness. This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a life sciences environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the integration leader across various global functions to align planning and execution
- Define and evolve the operating model for Global Commercialization to improve effectiveness
- Lead project management for Global Commercialization teams, ensuring accountability and progress
- Oversee execution of high-priority global initiatives with effective governance and processes
- Manage governance and planning processes for effective resource allocation and decision-making
- Build and scale capabilities in commercialization operations, governance, and performance management
- Support operational needs of Global Commercial and Market Access organizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 12+ years in biotech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry
- Significant experience leading complex commercialization initiatives
- Involvement in global commercialization support, including launch readiness and operational planning
- Experience driving alignment across global and regional operating models
- Demonstrated executive leadership in defining operating models and building organizational capabilities
- Strong operational skills in process design and performance management
- Track record of partnering with senior leaders across commercial, medical, and access teams

Location: Remote – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $252,000 – $315,000 annually
