Executive Director - Full Time
Position Summary
The Executive Director reports to the Senior Vice-President of Operations and serves as the senior leader of The Village at Summerville, overseeing all aspects of operations including resident services, clinical quality, employee engagement, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and operational advancement.
Essential Responsibilities
Lead the daily operations of the Life Plan Community, ensuring exceptional service, quality outcomes, and resident satisfaction.
Model and promote PCSC mission and values.
Provide leadership, coaching, mentoring, and development to management and staff teams.
Build and sustain a workplace culture that promotes engagement, teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.
Develop and implement operational strategies that support organizational growth and excellence.
Partner with PCSC Management Services to achieve organizational goals and sustainability.
Ensure compliance with regulations, licensing standards, and HIPAA requirements.
Accountable for budget, census growth, expense management, capital planning, and resource allocation.
Lead recruitment, retention, succession planning, and workforce development initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or related field.
Minimum five years of management experience in senior living or healthcare operations.
Current unrestricted South Carolina Nursing Home Administrator License.
Current South Carolina CRCF Administrator License, or ability to obtain licensure in South Carolina.
Valid South Carolina Driver's License.
Knowledge of skilled nursing assisted living, and senior living regulations.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health or related field.
Progressive executive leadership experience within a Life Plan Community, assisted living community, short term rehabilitation, and skilled nursing.
Proven success leading culture initiatives, employee engagement efforts, financial improvement strategies, and operational excellence programs.
