Executive Director for Residential Facility

About the role

The Executive Director leads the day-to-day operations of New Day Recovery, implementing and evaluating all aspects of operations under the direction of the CEO. This role oversees the recruitment and training of the team members and has direct supervisory responsibility across all departments.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively in written and oral form
• Manage time efficiently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Interpret and work with profit and loss statements
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the center
• Ensure a client-centered care delivery system
• Meet stakeholder markers and participate in long-term planning
• Regularly meet with executive leadership for fiscal planning and central initiatives
• Support sister centers as needed
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Work with Clinical, Nursing, and Operations teams as necessary
• Improve operational systems, processes, and policies to support the organization's mission
• Manage and coordinate budgeting efforts in collaboration with executive leadership
• Make informed decisions and find alternative solutions to problems

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred with a Graduate Degree in Business Administration or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience working in Substance Use Disorder programs
• Working knowledge of Office 365

Qualifications

• Must meet pre-employment and maintain all applicable state, national, and job-related guidelines for reference checking, background screening, 10-panel urine drug screening, health screening, DMV (if applicable), insurance (if applicable), and license/credential verifications
