Executive Director-Financial Reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field from an accredited college or university.
• A minimum of 5 years experience or a level of practical experience necessary to enable efficient achievement of job requirements with a minimum level of day-to-day supervision.
• Strong analytical and reasoning abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups.
• Strong communication skills, ability to interact with board level individuals and senior executives.
• Computer literacy with intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Knowledge of proper financial statement formats and disclosures required under GAAP.
• Ability to work with and preserve confidential information.

Preferred Experience

• Healthcare financial reporting experience preferred.

Certification/Registration

• CPA preferred.
