Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field from an accredited college or university.
- A minimum of 5 years experience or a level of practical experience necessary to enable efficient achievement of job requirements with a minimum level of day-to-day supervision.
- Strong analytical and reasoning abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups.
- Strong communication skills, ability to interact with board level individuals and senior executives.
- Computer literacy with intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Knowledge of proper financial statement formats and disclosures required under GAAP.
- Ability to work with and preserve confidential information.
Preferred Experience
- Healthcare financial reporting experience preferred.
Certification/Registration
- CPA preferred.
