For our client, we are seeking a Executive Director, Enterprise Strategy to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This leader will guide enterprise strategy across clinical and pharmacy priorities, shaping initiatives that influence cost of care, affordability, and health outcomes. The role partners closely with cross-functional executives to translate market insights and competitive intelligence into actionable decisions. It is well suited for a strategic leader who can drive high-visibility priorities in a complex, matrixed healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, or related fields.
• Proven ability to lead complex strategic initiatives from development through execution.
• Experience synthesizing market and competitive insights for strategic decision-making.
• Strong facilitation skills for executive discussions and stakeholder alignment.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills in matrixed organizations.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong leadership skills to coach and develop high-performing teams.

Pay

$175,100 – $334,750 annually
