Executive Director Enterprise Financial Analytics

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic finance partner to the VP & CFO and senior leaders, translating financial findings into actionable recommendations
• Lead the Financial Planning and Analysis team in budget development and long-range financial planning for Care Delivery
• Directly manage the Direct Labor Performance Management team on productivity, cost trends, and efficiency metrics
• Oversee governance and optimization of the Strata finance platform to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Establish the analytics strategy for cohesive financial reporting and decision support
• Supervise teams in producing financial reports, dashboards, and self-service analytics tools
• Guide the Decision Support team in analyses that will impact investment decisions and operational improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• 12-15 years of progressive finance leadership experience, specifically in healthcare finance roles
• 7-8 years of experience in a healthcare or health system environment
• Experience in financial planning, decision support, or analytics
• Master's degree (MBA, MHA, or similar) preferred, along with corporate finance leadership experience
