Responsibilities
- Oversight of day-to-day management of BMS capital portfolio
- Ensuring deliverables meet investment objectives
- Leveraging financial insights to connect project outcomes with overall BMS performance
- Leverage partnerships with stakeholders for accurate delivery of all capital management deliverables
- Build and optimize global capital management standards and processes for asset lifecycle
- Drive continuous improvement and transformation across capital management functions
- Manage multidisciplinary and cultural teams directly and indirectly
- Mentor and lead network learning and professional development initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, finance, business, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years’ experience in the life science or life science adjacent industry
- Proven experience managing a global capital portfolio and large-scale capital budgets ($400M+) across diverse geographies
- Broad knowledge of pharmaceutical facility operations and engineering best practices
