Executive Director
Primary Responsibilities
- Covers coordination and completion of assigned projects to support company objectives
- Oversees patient eligibility, service planning, and staff supervision
- Implements and maintains administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies ensuring compliance with regulations
- Enhances agency profitability and motivates and retains a qualified staff while ensuring high-quality service delivery
Required Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse licensure with 1+ years supervisory or administrative experience in home healthcare or a related field
- Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance, access to a reliable vehicle, or public transportation
- Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
- Home care experience preferred
- Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good communication, writing, and organizational skills

Pay and Benefits
Pay is based on several factors including local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contribution (subject to eligibility requirements).
The salary for this role ranges from $81,776 to $122,664 annually based on full-time employment.
