About the role
We are seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead The Arlington of Naples in beautiful Naples, Florida. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee community operations, inspire high-performing teams, and cultivate a culture where residents and employees thrive.
Responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership for all aspects of community operations, including resident services, clinical support, dining, maintenance, life enrichment, sales and administrative functions
- Lead, mentor, and develop department leaders while building a collaborative and engaged workplace
- Drive occupancy and financial performance through strategic planning and partnership with sales and marketing teams
- Develop and manage operating budgets while ensuring fiscal responsibility
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, employees, healthcare partners, and the local community
- Partner with regional leadership to execute organizational goals and long-term strategic initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, hospitality, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience within senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or a related service industry
- Experience leading large teams and managing multi-department operations
- Strong financial acumen, including budget, forecasting, and operational planning
- Exceptional communication, relationship building, and leadership skills
- Passion for serving older adults and creating exceptional resident experiences

- Estimated Salary: $151,000 - $189,000
