About the role

Kisco Senior Living is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of a senior living community, ensuring the highest level of care and support for residents.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and healthy living environment for residents
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure resident health needs are met
• Oversee staff training and performance evaluations
• Develop and implement community events and activities
• Manage resident complaints and conduct investigations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., gerontology, social work)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in senior care or related field
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Skills

• Knowledge of senior living best practices
• Experience with budgeting and financial management
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
