Executive Director

About the role

The incoming Executive Director will lead WildCare through a transformative period, overseeing the organization's move into its new, state-of-the-art Wildlife Hospital and Education Center.

Responsibilities

• Supervise key senior staff, including the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Director of Operations
• Build relationships with funders and donors
• Sustain the culture and values that define WildCare's work
• Inspire and motivate a dedicated team of staff and a large volunteer community
• Engage diverse audiences, from board and staff to major donors, civic leaders, and the broader public
