About the role

The Executive Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Fellowship Housing's operations, including strategic planning, resource management, and community engagement. They lead a team of professionals dedicated to providing high-quality housing and mental health services.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and implementation of Fellowship Housing's strategic plan
  • Manage the organization's budget and financial resources
  • Lead fundraising efforts to support the organization's mission
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the executive team and staff

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in housing and/or mental health services management
  • A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, public policy, business administration)
  • Proven track record of successful leadership and management
  • Experience working with diverse communities and addressing issues of poverty and homelessness
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in a related field preferred
  • Experience in non-profit management
  • Knowledge of federal and state housing and mental health policies

Pay

Salary range: $90,000 - $120,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
