About the role

Cantabile Youth Singers of Silicon Valley is an internationally renowned choral program providing world-class music education, vocal training, high-profile performances and leadership opportunities for the youth of the greater Silicon Valley communities in Northern California.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term strategies focusing on the organization's health and sustainability.
• Lead fundraising and board development efforts.
• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the organization.
• Partner with the Artistic Director and the Board to drive artistic ambition, human resource capacity, and financial & operational practicality.
• Mentor Cantabile’s committed professional staff.
• Champion the value of vocal music and youth choral singing to parents, students, donors, and partners.
• Build authentic relationships with diverse groups through high cultural and emotional intelligence.
• Seek out new and sustained methods to spread Cantabile’s message throughout Silicon Valley.

Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary of $125,000.00 annually.
