Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in community planning or related field
• At least 12 years of progressive work experience in land use planning, preferably in growth management as well as demonstrated work experience in zoning
• A Master’s degree in planning or related field is a plus
• Strong supervisory and budgeting knowledge and experience
• Excellent written, technical, communication and organizational skills
• AICP certification is desired

Requirements

• Starting salary is a range of $135,000 - $175,000 annually dependent on qualifications and work experience
