Qualifications
- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in community planning or related field
- At least 12 years of progressive work experience in land use planning, preferably in growth management as well as demonstrated work experience in zoning
- A Master’s degree in planning or related field is a plus
- Strong supervisory and budgeting knowledge and experience
- Excellent written, technical, communication and organizational skills
- AICP certification is desired
Requirements
- Starting salary is a range of $135,000 - $175,000 annually dependent on qualifications and work experience
