About the role
As the Executive Director, you will:
- Act as a visionary, communicating the community’s goals and business plans to the team.
- Serve as a "Management Mechanic," ensuring the smooth operation of the community for residents and employees.
- Be a "Resident Receptor," anticipating and managing resident satisfaction needs.
- Operate as an "Entrepreneurial Steward," running the community like your own mini-business.
Requirements
- At least twenty-one (21) years of age.
- Two (2) years of college; at least three (3) years of experience providing residential care to the elderly; or equivalent education and experience.
- Active and in good standing LNHA (Licensed Nursing Home Administrator) or RCAL (Residential Care and Assisted Living Administrator) for the state of Missouri.
- Knowledge of care and supervision requirements for residents, as well as applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
- Ability to maintain or supervise financial and other records.
- Leadership skills to direct and grow a team effectively.
- Good character, personal integrity, and a positive, energetic attitude.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English with residents.
- Computer skills for document printing and data entry.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 25 pounds for brief periods.
- Ability to sit at a desk for six to eight hours a day (primarily sedentary role).
- Must pass a criminal background check and have a clean driving record per insurance carrier policy.

Pay
Salary range: $106,000 to $137,000, with bonus opportunities paid out monthly.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Manager on Duty rotation and on-call responsibilities.
