About the role
Come join our team at Pinnacle Groves Senior Living located at 5522 W Northgate Rd, Rogers, AR 72758! We are looking for someone (like you) to:
- Be a Visionary: Communicate with the team where the community is going and what its goals are, including business plans and sales plans.
- Be a “Management Mechanic”: Responsible for keeping the community running smoothly, from residents to employees.
- Be a “Resident Receptor”: Anticipate and manage resident satisfaction needs.
- Be an “Entrepreneurial Steward”: Run your community like your own mini-business.
Requirements
- At least twenty-one (21) years of age.
- Two (2) years of college; at least three (3) years of experience providing residential care to the elderly; or equivalent education and experience.
- Active and in good standing LNHA (Licensed Nursing Home Administrator) or RCAL (Residential Care and Assisted Living Administrator) for the state of Arkansas (AR).
- Knowledge of the requirements for providing care and supervision appropriate to the residents.
- Knowledge of and ability to conform to applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
- Ability to maintain or supervise the maintenance of financial and other records.
- Ability to direct the work of others and provide leadership for measurable growth and satisfaction.
- Good character and reputation of personal integrity.
- Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
- Positive and energetic attitude who will love our residents.
- Computer skills to print documents and enter information in our systems.
- Comfortable standing, walking, bending, kneeling for brief periods of time.
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds.
- Comfortable sitting at a desk between six and eight hours a day (primarily sedentary).
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Clean driving record as per the insurance carrier’s policy.
Pay
Salary Range: $118,000 to $130,000
Bonus Opportunity - Paid out monthly
Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
- Manager on Duty weekend rotation: 10am-2pm
