Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily cruise operations and guest services
- Maintain record and ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain communication with corporate clients, travel agents, and tour operators
- Increase sales through sales, marketing, and promotional activities
- Aid in preparing operational reports and maintaining relevant records
- Cook up reservations, bookings, and customer inquiries to convert sales
- Ensure smooth execution of cruise events and guest programs
- Perform any other duties assigned by management
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience
- Bachelor of Tourism and Hospitality Management
- Cruise lines, guest services, accredited cruise counselor, guest services, daily operations, sales coordination, club operations, front desk operations, and daily operations management skills
