About the role
Responsible for expanding the hospital’s market share through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to increase revenue streams.
- Identify potential clients and partners in the healthcare industry.
- Manage relationships with existing clients and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and present proposals to potential clients and partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate new business opportunities into the hospital’s operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of healthcare industry and its regulatory environment.
- Experience in healthcare business development is preferred.
